How do I qualify for a free Night Away for Two gift?
To qualify for a free Night Away for Two, you need to purchase your product service plan through yourrepair.co.uk(Link opens in a new tab) (or one of their approved, third-party websites), within one of the offer periods outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
Once purchased, you’ll need to wait 90 days before becoming eligible for your free gift. Once you’re eligible you’ll be contacted within 15 working days to confirm all of the information regarding your Night Away for Two.
I’ve had a product service plan previously, am I still eligible?
Current or previous YourRepair customers who have an existing product service plan, or have held any YourRepair plan within the last 3 years, are not eligible for this offer.
I have not received my email including my Free Night Away for Two gift - what should I do?
To qualify for this offer, you had to purchase a product service plan through yourrepair.co.uk(Link opens in a new tab) (or one of their approved third-party sites), within one of the offer periods outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
Providing you have not cancelled, your payments are up to date and you have not held a YourRepair plan within the last 3 years, you’ll receive an email within 15 working days of becoming eligible, including your Night Away for Two gift information.
If you have not received your gift email and you believe you have satisfied the eligibility criteria, please complete the short contact us form on this page and a member of the team will be happy to look into this for you.
I need more information about my Night Away for Two?
Your Night Away for Two entitles you and a special person of your choice to enjoy a one-night break, at your choice of one of our carefully selected UK venues, within the featured collection. For details on how to book and to browse the fabulous range of venues on offer, click back through your gift email to access your gift details. I can no longer access my Night Away for Two gift details - what should I do?
Once you've received your Night Away for Two gift email and clicked ‘reveal gift’, you'll have 60 days to keep accessing your gift details via this email.
If you no longer have access to your gift details and you haven't had the chance to use it yet, please complete the short contact us form on this page and a member of the team will be happy to look into this for you.
